Refund Policy for Digital Products

1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to digital products sold by Nikolife Health, trading name of Anna Kuznetsova, through Payhip, the website, or any authorised sales page.

By purchasing a digital product from Nikolife Health, you agree to this Policy.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to remove or restrict any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable Irish or EU consumer law.

2. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to digital products only, including but not limited to:

  • downloadable PDF guides
  • checklists
  • written educational resources
  • other downloadable digital materials

This Policy does not apply to coaching, consultations, or other personalised services, which should be governed by separate terms where relevant.

3. Right to Cancel and Digital Delivery

If you purchase a product online, you may generally have a legal right to cancel within 14 days under applicable consumer law.

However, where a digital product is supplied immediately after purchase and is not supplied on a tangible medium, your right to cancel may be lost once supply begins, if:

  • you have expressly consented to immediate supply; and
  • you have acknowledged that you lose your right to cancel once access or download begins, to the extent permitted by law.

By purchasing a digital product from Nikolife Health where immediate access is provided, you agree that supply may begin immediately after purchase.

4. Refunds for Digital Products

Because digital products are generally delivered immediately and can be downloaded, copied, or stored upon access, refunds are generally not available for change of mind once:

  • access has been granted;
  • the product has been downloaded; or
  • delivery of the digital product has otherwise begun.

If no access has yet been provided, and your right to cancel has not been lost under applicable law, you may exercise that right as permitted by law.

5. Faulty, Corrupted, Unavailable, or Misdescribed Products

Nothing in this Policy affects your legal rights if a digital product:

  • is faulty or corrupted;
  • cannot be accessed due to an issue on our side;
  • is not delivered as purchased; or
  • is materially not as described.

If this happens, please contact Nikolife Health using the details below within a reasonable time and provide your order details together with a description of the issue.

Where required by law, an appropriate remedy may be offered, which may include:

  • re-delivery of the product;
  • replacement access;
  • correction of the issue;
  • a price reduction; or
  • a refund.

6. Technical Issues

If you experience a genuine technical problem accessing or opening the digital product, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist.

Refunds will not usually be issued for technical issues caused by:

  • incompatible software or devices on the customer's side;
  • lack of internet access;
  • failure to download or save the product after delivery where access was properly provided; or
  • failure to read the product description or file format before purchase,

unless otherwise required by law.

7. How to Request a Refund or Raise an Issue

Requests will be reviewed within a reasonable time.

8. Approved Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed or required by the payment provider.

The timing of the refund may depend on the payment processor or bank. Where a statutory refund is due, it will be processed within the timeframe required by applicable law.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe there has been an error with your order, we ask that you contact us first so that we have an opportunity to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

Nothing in this section limits your legal rights to raise a dispute with your payment provider where appropriate.

Nikolife Health reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.
