Nikolife Health is the trading name of Anna Kuznetsova, based in Ireland. All digital products are supplied by Anna Kuznetsova trading as Nikolife Health.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any digital product from Nikolife Health through Payhip, the website, or any authorised sales page, you confirm that you:
- have read and understood these Terms & Conditions;
- agree to be legally bound by them; and
- are at least 18 years of age, or otherwise have legal capacity to enter into this contract.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase or use the digital products.

Anna Kuznetsova is not a medical doctor and not a CORU-registered dietitian. 5. Payment Terms
All payments are processed through Payhip and its connected payment providers. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Full payment is required before access to the digital product is provided.
Access to digital content may be delivered immediately after successful payment. Nikolife Health is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party platforms, payment processors, internet outages, or technical issues outside reasonable control.
6. Digital Delivery and Right of Withdrawal
Where a digital product is supplied immediately after purchase, you expressly agree that delivery begins immediately and acknowledge that you may lose your statutory right to cancel once access or download begins, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law.
If required by applicable law, no term in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or restrict any statutory consumer rights.
7. Refund Policy for Digital Products
Because these are digital products, refunds are generally not available once the file has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, except where required by law or where the product is defective, unavailable, or materially not as described. Where digital content is faulty or not in conformity with the contract, applicable consumer law remedies will apply.
If you experience a technical issue or believe the product was misdescribed, please contact Nikolife Health at the email below within a reasonable time and include your order details.
8. Product Access and Personal Use Licence
Upon purchase, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the digital product for your own personal use only.
You may not:
- reproduce, share, forward, distribute, upload, publish, sublicense, or resell the product;
- modify the product for resale or commercial distribution;
- claim the product as your own work; or
- use the content for commercial training, group programmes, or client delivery without prior written permission.
9. Intellectual Property
All content supplied by Nikolife Health, including PDFs, checklists, text, design, branding, graphics, and downloadable materials, remains the intellectual property of Anna Kuznetsova / Nikolife Health and is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.
10. Product Description and Compatibility
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a suitable device, software, and internet access necessary to download and open the product.
Nikolife Health makes reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. However, minor variations in formatting, colour display, or device compatibility may occur depending on the customer's device or software.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- digital products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis;
- Nikolife Health makes no guarantee of specific personal, health, financial, or lifestyle outcomes from use of the products;
- Nikolife Health shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the purchase or use of the digital products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any mandatory consumer rights.
12. Data Protection and Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Nikolife Health and applicable data protection law, including GDPR where applicable. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
